Music School of
Tripolis
Music School of Tripolis was founded in 2000 and it is one out of 42 of the same type schools in Greece. They are targeted to gifted and music-literate students and their purpose is to serve along with education, music as well.
Gymnasium level (High School), Lyceum level (Junior High) and musical education co-exist within these multifunctional educational units. Students’ artistic efforts are presented in public with several events and co-operations.
The most important event is our concert in the Greek Parliament in 2008 with the famous tenor Sfiris. Another successful event is our participation at our National Greek students ' artistic events in 2005 and 2009 when we won the first prize with our traditional choir. Our events are concerts, radio productions, recordings even publications.
However, the general education is not underestimated and that is proved not only by our students’ successes in the Universities, but also their big success in business and in the track of life, despite the serious problems of financial crisis.
